A mild curry dish consisting of a rich creamy sauce made of coconut, cream and spices. (d,n)

Dansak or Pathia (Hot)

Dansak and Pathia are both sweet, sour and hot. The pathia has a rich hot bhuna sauce with lemon juice. The base of the dansak is made from lentils, with sweet and sour notes and lemon flavour.

Bhuna

The classic bhuna is a sauce made of onion, garlic and ginger. Thoroughly softened and reduced to a thick consistency. Spiced with medium spices and fresh coriander and tomato.

CURRY OR MADRAS (HOT)

The traditional curry with a medium sauce that is suitable for all curry lovers. The Madras has a hotter sauce with fresh lemon juice.

KORAI

Leaves of onions and sliced peppers and tomatoes cooked in garlic, ginger and mixed spices create a delicious, medium spiced moorish dish.

Rogan Josh or Shalimar
